We Pentland Hills Producers have farmed these hills for generations. The traditional farming methods we practice are good for our farms, our livestock and our customers. Animal welfare is of prime importance and we take great pride in the high quality of our livestock.

We  work in tandem with the Pentland Hills Regional Park and combine environmentally friendly farming with access by the general public.

We have great pride and enthusiasm for what we produce and invite you to share it with us!

Our Products

Organic and conventionally reared beef, lamb and mutton is available from our farms.

You can purchase meat in whatever quantity suits your requirements from half lambs (professionally butchered and vacuum packed to the highest standard) to smaller packs of joints and chops or speciality sausages, burgers and mince. Beef is also available, again in a variety of presentations to suit the individual.  The choice is yours!
