and beef from the
Pentland Hills at
Wester Kinleith, which is a rented farm situated on the North slopes of the
hills, West
of Edinburgh. It has been farmed by our family since 1934. We have been selling lamb
direct to the customer since 1998 and have now added beef to our repertoire. |
| Our stock are reared and
finished here at Wester Kinleith before being cut and packaged to a high
