Eastside lambs are born and bred on Eastside Farm (pictured below) in the heart of the Pentland Hills Regional Park. They are of pure Scottish Blackface stock reared under a quality assurance scheme (Quality Meat Scotland) and on heather hills to produce a high quality product.

Shoulder (deboned and rolled) - Roast or casserole with vegetables
Gigot - Delicious roasted with garlic and rosemary
Shank (2) - Good for soups or slow cooked with vegetables for a main meal
Rib chops - Delicious simply grilled with herbs
Loin chops Ditto
Liver and kidney
Mint sausages

Special orders also taken e.g.crown roasts or gigots cut into steaks- just ask!

Good value for money at £7.50 per kg (approximately £35-£60 per half lamb) including delivery to your home or office, chilled or frozen and in an insulated box.
